From Personal Struggle to Purpose

SpeeDy Tilt was born from personal experience. Our founder, Dr. Michelle Chen, spent her twenties battling crippling social anxiety. Despite professional success, she avoided networking events and felt isolated.

After years of therapy and self-study, Michelle discovered that social confidence isn't about becoming extroverted—it's about developing specific skills and shifting perspective.

In 2009, she began sharing her techniques with others. What started as a small workshop in Brisbane has grown into a comprehensive program that's helped over 2,500 people.
